Privacy at HUDARA
HUDARA is designed to operate primarily on your device. The current version of HUDARA does not require you to create an account and does not include advertising or advertising tracking.
Location
HUDARA may request access to your device location in order to calculate local prayer times, determine the Qibla direction, select an appropriate prayer-time calculation method, and display a readable location name.
Your coordinates are used for these functions. Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated within the app. HUDARA does not send your location to a Tuyenc Labs server and does not use your location for advertising or marketing.
To convert coordinates into a readable place name, HUDARA may use geocoding services provided through your device's operating system or platform services. Depending on your device and operating system, Google, Apple, or another platform provider may process the coordinates required to provide this service under its own privacy terms.
Information stored on your device
HUDARA stores certain information locally on your device so that your preferences and progress can be preserved. This may include:
- language and appearance preferences;
- prayer-time calculation preferences;
- prayer notification and alarm settings;
- selected notification or alarm sounds;
- vibration preferences;
- saved Esma selections;
- custom dhikr titles, optional text, and target counts;
- dhikr and tasbih session progress and history.
This locally stored information is not uploaded to Tuyenc Labs by the current version of HUDARA.
Notifications, alarms, and device services
HUDARA may use operating-system services for notifications, exact alarms, vibration, ringtone selection, device location, geocoding, and compass or sensor information.
These permissions and services are used only to provide the corresponding app features.
Analytics, advertising, and data sales
The current version of HUDARA does not include third-party advertising, advertising trackers, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.
Tuyenc Labs does not sell your personal information.
Accounts and personal information
The current version of HUDARA does not require a user account and does not provide a server-based profile system.
Children's privacy
HUDARA is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the current version does not provide user accounts or a server-based submission system, HUDARA does not intentionally receive personal information from users through the app.
Data deletion
Information stored by HUDARA is primarily stored locally on your device. You may remove locally stored app data by clearing HUDARA's application data through your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Individual saved items, custom dhikr entries, and related progress may also be removable through the relevant features of the app where available.
Third-party platform services
HUDARA relies on certain services supplied by the operating system and device platform in order to provide features such as location, geocoding, notifications, alarms, ringtone selection, and device sensors.
Those platform services may be governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if HUDARA's features, permissions, or data practices change. The latest version of this policy will be published on HUDARA's official website.
